NZ ORDERS

• All domestic orders are sent via Courier Post.
• $8.00 shipping for orders under $100.00 
• Please allow us 3-6 working days for your parcel to arrive.
• We will process your order within 24 hours of confirmation, however if we are in a busy period or it is a SALE item please allow 2-3 days for us to process.
• An email with a confirmation and tracking number will be sent upon order with instructions how to track and trace.
• If you live locally in Wanaka, Christchurch or Tarras you are able to click and collect, we will notify you once your parcel is ready for collection.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• We ship worldwide using DHL express
• Free DLH shipping on orders over $250 to Australia, USA & Canada.
• Delivery to Australia: (2-3 working days from order dispatch)
• Delivery to USA & rest of the world: (10 working days from order dispatch)
• If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact us within 5 days so we can assist you.
• Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees that maybe applied during custom clearance are not included in the product price. Please check with your customs office before ordering to see if there are any extra costs. Any incurred costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Failure to pay customs or duties fees will result in the parcel being disposed of at the boarder and will not result in a refund.
