Perriam Rewards FAQ's
How do I join Perriam Rewards?
You can join Perriam Rewards by creating a profile online at perriam.co.nz, or ask a Perriam team member in-store to create a profile for you.
What personal details do I need to provide to join the Perriam Rewards program?
We require a valid and unique email address and mobile number. We require both these details to validate your unique Client Profile. To be eligible for the Birthday Perriam Reward at certain Levels of the program, we will also need your birth date registered in your Client Profile.
I have signed up to the Perriam loyalty program, but I am not receiving emails?
Check your junk folder to ensure that your Perriam emails are not being classified as “junk.” You will need to mark these emails as “safe” to ensure they go straight to your inbox. Alternatively, check your Client Profile and ensure that your communication preferences are set to receive email communications.
What are Perriam Rewards?
Either perctenage-off or dollar-off discounts that are given to clients because of purchasing behaviours, incentives and/or promotions.
How do I get Perriam Rewards?
Perriam Rewards are earned for a variety of reasons and vary depending on the loyalty level of the individual. These include:
- Every NZ dollar spent in-store or online = 1 points. When a customer reaches 250 points a customer receives a reward towards their next purchase. There is no minimum single purchase amount to earn rewards at Perriam.
- New Tier Reward - a reward loaded onto your account after you enter a new Perriam Rewards Level.
- Complete your profile - receive 10 pts.
- On your birthday - receive 10 pts.
- Refer a friend - receive 20 pts.
How will I be notified about my Perriam Rewards?
You will be notified by email when you receive a Perraim Reward, and when any unused Perriam Rewards are about to expire, so keep an eye on your inbox. You can also keep tabs on your Perriam Rewards by logging onto your Client Profile via the Perriam website.
How long will it take for my Perriam Rewards to appear?
Perriam Rewards are usually loaded immediately - but can take up to 48-hours to be visible in your Client Profile.
Can my Perriam Rewards be used with other offers?
Perriam Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other Perriam Rewards, promotion codes or Perriam Benefits. The use of Perriam Rewards alongside other promotions or Perriam Benefits is at the sole discretion of Perriam - and may vary.
Can I use a gift voucher with my Perriam Reward?
You can use a gift voucher to pay for your purchase and include your Perriam Reward within the transaction.
Do Perriam Rewards expire?
Perriam Rewards do not have an expiry date, however if this changes this will be communicated at the time the Perriam Reward is issued.
What products do not contribute towards my Perriam Reward spend?
The following items do not contribute to your spend:
Gift voucher purchases
Charity product purchases
Shipping costs
Sale items
How do I redeem my Perriam Rewards?
To redeem your Perriam Rewards in-store, let the team know you have rewards you'd like to use.
To redeem your Perriam Rewards online ensure you are logged into your Client Profile to view your rewards. Follow the step by step video guide on the Perriam Rewards page. When you click to redeem your reward the discount code is automatically applied to your cart.
Can Perriam Rewards be used on sale items?
Yes, any Perriam Rewards can be spent on sale items. Perriam Rewards will not be earned from purchases of sale items.
Can I use my Perriam Rewards voucher to purchase non-Perriam items?
No, only Perriam Points Vouchers can be used to purchase Perriam items. Perriam Reward vouchers can not be used on non-Perriam branded items.
Can I use Perriam Rewards in conjunction with a buy now, pay later payment method?
Yes, Perriam Rewards can be used on all eligible transactions. Perriam Rewards can be used in conjunction with all accepted payment types, including Buy Now, Pay Later payment methods.
Please note the discount must be applied before the payment is made, so ensure you are logged into your Client Profile before proceeding to payment.
Can I use multiple Perriam Rewards in one transaction?
No, you can only use one active Perriam Rewards in a single transaction.
Can I earn a Perriam Reward in a transaction where I have also redeemed a Perriam Reward?
Yes, you can earn Perriam Rewards based on the amount you spend after all Perriam Rewards and other discounts have been removed.
Can I use Perriam Rewards earned by someone else?
No, Perriam Rewards cannot be passed between individuals. You can only use Perriam Rewards you have earned on your profile.
Can I get credit for my Perriam Rewards?
No, Perriam Rewards cannot be exchanged for credit.
If I return an item that I used a Perriam Reward to pay for partially or fully, will I be able to use my Perriam Reward again?
Yes, if a Perriam Reward is used on an item that is subsequently returned, a replacement refund reward of equal value will be loaded against your Client Profile. Any items purchased using a Perriam Reward redemption will only be refunded for the amount paid. Refund rewards have an expiry period of 14 days, and cannot be extended.
How much do I need to spend to enter the loyalty levels?
The below table sets out how much you need to spend at Perriam stores or online to reach each Perriam Loyalty Level. Once you reach a new Perriam Level you will never ‘step back’ to your previous level, as the new level is honoured with no annual spending requirement applied. This spend is measured in New Zealand Dollars.

How do I make sure my purchases count towards my total spend?
For your purchases to count towards your total spend, ensure the transaction is logged against your Client Profile when you buy eligible products. You can do this online by logging into your Client Profile at checkout, or in-store by giving the team your details at the time of purchase.
If I return an item, will it be taken from my purchase history and loyalty spend?
Yes, once an item is returned its value will be removed from your overall transaction history and loyalty spend, which may affect future benefits.
