Returns + Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept refunds and exchanges on all full-priced items purchased online, with the exception of jewellery.
All returns must be in their original, unwashed state with tags attached. You must also return them within 14 days of buying them along with proof of purchase.
Jewellery and all sale items are final and will not be accepted for refund unless faulty.

- Then head to our website to download and complete a Returns + Exchanges form. CLICK here to open.
- Finally, please package up the faulty item and send it along with your completed Returns + Exchanges form and your proof of purchase to:

We do not refund if you change your mind. We are happy to exchange your goods or issue store credit within 14 days, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original, unwashed state with original swing-tickets attached. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
All sale items are non-refundable and we cannot offer credit notes.
Any full priced items purchased using the welcome discount may still be returned for refund or exchange.
Faulty items are assessed on a case by case basis, and may be accepted for a full return and refund.
If you’re returning a garment and you live overseas, all returns and exchanges are at the customer’s expense. For international returns, we strongly recommend using a traceable postage method.
