This is my favourite Christmas recipe and I make it every year. It truly is fail proof. It is simple and easy to make and I love that it is by our favourite Wanaka cook and author Annabelle Langbein. This is our second Christmas in our new home at Bendigo and I love living here and baking in my beautiful large kitchen.
Last Christmas I placed a Gingerbread man on each of the plates so the guests could take them home or enjoy them after Christmas dinner. It's such a fun thing to do with my son Walter, although there are a few heads and legs that go missing, which can be rather stressful!
